Your EeziGlide product comes with a one-year warranty. Your product will be inspected and tested before delivery. The products are guaranteed to be free of defects from workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of original purchase with invoice.
EeziGlide allows 7 days for your application for a Cooling Off period to reach us, counting from the day, you receive the goods.
- The item must be returned in “perfect resellable condition” including installation documents and is returned at the customer’s cost (as per normal return guidelines)
- No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within 12 months from date of purchase , you can return them to EeziGlide for free repair or replacement.
Please send your returns in by post only once you have received an RMA confirmation from EeziGlide. |
